Error code - 2147287038

What does this mean? I keep getting disconnected, sometimes immediately after logging in, if not it happens after playing for awhile.

 

when's the last time you updated your game files?

 

8th Jun 22. I tried to redownload the file but the same error keeps popping up.

 

Does anyone know why this occurs or how to fix this? All help would be greatly appreciated

 

I'm having the same issue.

I just returned after 3 months of self-ban. Freshly downloaded the files yesterday (top of client says May 12 2022). Able to log in, but soon after log in, no matter which char I'm on, whether hanging out in a town or hitting random mobs, I dc within 3-5 min. In FM I dc even faster, in < 30 s. FM npcs look all messed up, scattered around the entire map.

Edit: per guildie recommendation, downloaded the IMG setup, and everything is fine now!
