I tried all of this : You may need to update your drivers OR disable your antivirus software Close Skype, your browser, or any other programs completely and then open up the game, this works differently for different people so you may need to test what works for you. You can open the programs again after launching the game And it didn't help,i'm still getting the problem. any help?
I have major issues with royals on my laptop. I recommend trying a clean boot (google and follow instructions) in my case though with my laptop the only way I can get royals to work is to do the following: Open in a vm (virtual machine) I use sandboxie You do this by installing it then right clicking mapleroyals and run in sandboxie After that sometimes it still crashes. I keep opening it in the vm until it gets to login screen. From there I still can't get into royals when I click a character it crashes soooooooooo. I found that if I enter full screen mode (alt+enter) and am full screen at the harasser select I am able to log in. I'm not sure if either of these will fix your issue but they are easy and worth a try. Good luck!
