Error Code 2147467261 while killing Zakum

I used to zak preety often, and it never happend. For the last 3 runs, I keep getting this error code while killing zak. I couldn't complete a single run.
I'm using Windows 7 64 bit.

* This error code only happens while at zak.
* I redownloaded MapleRoyals client few days ago, since BitDefender's firewall kept blocking it and I thought this may solve the problem. Just putting it out because maybe this could be the reason for the problem.

This error seems to occur when you enter certain maps which have an available quest. Commonly occurs in the job instructor maps. There is no known fix for this issue at the moment. Logging back into the game should let you continue as normal.

I guess you could try changing compatibility mode, (not sure if windows 7 has any known problems)

 

Hello Egonics, I already searched the problem before posting this thread, and I saw this comment by you on another thread. I made the thread because I think this problem may be diffrent, since it only happens inside zak (where there aren't any available quests). I did try changing compatibility mode, it didn't fix the problem.
I will attempt to reinstall, and I hope I hope to get a better solution. Thanks !

 

What compatibility mode are you using? I myself use 98/windows ME.

Do you ever gfx when you are inside zakum?

When do you get this error is it when zak spawns? when you first attacks?

 

I keep switching the compatibility mode every time I get stuck on Log-in while attempting to get in the game.
I do gfx.
The first 2 errors occurred while killing the 2nd or 3rd body, the last one happend while killing the arms.
Do you have any idea what might lead to this problem ?

 

I can't say I have any idea,

I did have this problem a while back (Not very often) but for me it was when zak spawned and I did my first attack I would get that error.


I really don't know if it has any meaning but I did switch internet cable and my cpu, for me it has worked pretty nicely since I never dc anymore, also I did have some problems with my router after a while it gets really warm and turning it off for a few hours and cooling it down did help.

 

Thanks for the reply, I hope reinstalling will fix it though. I'd hate messing with cables and what not haha.
