Hey! new user here dying to play maplestory again already but for the past two days I've been trying pretty much anything as suggested on this forum, other people's threads and of course the troubleshooting guide. I disabled my firewall, re-downloaded the game about 10 times already, restarted the laptop more than twice, played with the compatibility settings, downloaded the no windowed mode, played with the resolutions and downloaded the wz files. So yeah, any other ideas? Laptop is: HP i5 64bit windows 10, using mcafee (that is disabled and has the file in the exception list anyway) and graphic card is geforce i believe. What else can I do to fix it, please help me I really want to play...

Thank you for replying! Is it safe to just delete this program? It's a new laptop so I don't even know what is this program used for honestly.
I honestly don't know. It seems like it worked for other people, but you're always taking a risk when you delete onboard programs. You might consider renaming the program, and, if things go bad somehow, reverting to the original filename.
