Error Code, not sure what it applies to.

    Hello, I recently got a new laptop with Windows 10 and it seems that I cannot get MapleRoyals to run. I can download the game but no matter how many times I have redownloaded, I keep getting the same error message. Does anyone know how to fix this? I have attached a image of the error code.
