the error is the damage made it by the skill thunderbolt at lvl 1 IM lvl 30, i prove at ligators made 1. i prove at bubblings 1 dmg too.... what happen here?
it is lvl 1 so try and raise your lvl and use your skill points to raise the skill, should solve the problem.
yeah but you know about the wizard IL the ONLY 1 SKILL TO HIT MULTIPLE TIMES IS THUNDERBOLT right? how i can lvl up faster if i cant hit more than 1 mob?
yeah its gonna hit 1 at level 1 the skill is garbage, but you'll love it when you train at gs2, i can promise you that !
For comparison, F/P wizards often use a single enemy skill (Fire Arrow) until lvl 50+. Don't worry, Thunderbolt will become useful soon enough! =)
Until you level up your thunderbolt, just use magic claw. Like every other mage has to do until their main attack skill is high enough. (It's the same for bandits- I assume max double stab > level 1 savage blow for example).
The skill doesn't need fixing, it needs leveling up. You can't expect a level one skill to be effective, just like our characters aren't good for much at level one. Do a couple CPQ's, level up your thunderbolt, and you'll be just fine.
have you played GMS at this version, my damage on the GMS it was up than 1.....do you understand? how can be posible i made 1 damage at lvl 30 to ligators? when i using magic claws i do 200+ per hit
Yes, I mained an I/L from 2007-2010. It was the exact same way in GMS. Your magic claw is at max level, with max mastery. Your thunderbolt is at level 1 with minimal mastery. It's only to be expected that it won't be useful until you level it up.

the skill isn't broken, you're skill is level 1... if you dont understand that or dont like it, don't play the class. All you do is cpq a few times! also ligators have a lot of defence on top of that.
I've figured out your problem! You forgot to go to Henessy's Training Grounds where all your skills will be OP even at low levels.
Lightning lvl 1 :basic attack 2, mastery 15% Magic Claw lvl 2 :basic attack 40 x 2 hits, mastery 60% The difference is abismal, is clear to see it.........
Why would a level 149 A/M even be using thunderbolt anyway? Surely you'd be using blizz mostly. And yes, skills usually suck until you have a few points in them, especially when as baybay pointed out, they hit 1/20th per hit of your main attack skill.
Lel @ basic attack 2. But yeah. Basic attack 2 means you'll be doing close to 0 damage at rank one. Please stop arguing that it's broken when it clearly clearly clearly isn't.
maybe you attacked a low-level mobs in GMS, and thats why you did more damage with this skill than here. The reason that the skill damage is only 1 to the Ligators is thats it has only 15% mastery, so it won't affect on high level mobs. You need to add more points to the skill so it'll have more mastery, and then it'll do much more damage to high-level monsters.
Mastery affects your damage stability, not your maximum damage. 15% mastery means your lowest possible base attack damage is 15% that of your maximum.
