Hi Dave thx for the reply posted now, just to understand how can that be related to being banned? i havnt played for over 2 years afaik.
Just my guess Your inactive account could have been breached by a hacker and the account was banned as a precaution Submitting a Ban Appeal is for the Staff to confirm if that's the case and they will unban your account once verifying you are the owner
