Error message cannot open royals

    Hi,
    starting this morning I could not open royals this is the error message I got, if anyone could help would be great thanks a bunch. :D Screenshot (1).png Screenshot (2).png

    UPDATE: so i fixed the first error now I'm getting this error, I have tried the following,
    *reinstalled windows 10
    *updated video drivers
    *updated network adapters
    *deleted any duplicate drivers
    *installed the latest Microsoft C++ Redistributable packages
    *     Deleted mapleroyals folder and Wizet folder in regedit reinstalled mapleroyals
    * Restarted PC
    * disabled windows firewall and windows defender
    * and tried the fix above doesn't work :C
    any ideas? thanks here is the error Screenshot (2).png
    any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
