Dear admins / mods I have 3 household members enrolled in the whitelist, application here https://royals.ms/forum/threads/request-for-voting-whitelist.70672/ If you refer to the whitelist application link, me (Ben) and my other household member (cheryl) are able to vote as accorded, however, the last member (cheng) is facing issues with voting as the error message (you have already voted, please vote again in 12hours....) kept occurring even though her account did not vote at all. This happened twice. and the NX did not go through as well. Her account is now only using on one PC, because I understand switching of computers within the household would mess up the voting as well. The voting is done using phone 3G, dedicated for the voting (the voting has gone relatively smoothly 90% of the time over the past year 2016 when we started). Please advice how to fix this issue. thanks
