Hi, I keep getting this error message: "You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later." whenever I select a character at the character selection screen. I have tried searching the forums and found similar threads, but those users were MAC banned for hacking. However, I am able to log into my account when I am connected to WiFi modems, which means that my account isn't banned. I believe the problem that I'm currently facing is due to the portable USB mobile data modem than I'm using on my laptop: 'HUAWEI Mobile Connect - 3G Modem'. Any idea on how to fix this bug caused by the USB modem? (I can't access WiFi, as I'm currently away from home and only have this USB modem to surf the web) Thanks for helping! For obvious reasons you shouldn't be posting your account username on a public forum. This is also not a bug, and you need to post in technical help. Only solution I know is not to use it, the modem must be changing your mac address.
