Closed Error Voting?

So me and my brother were not home, and used two different cellphones on two different 3G networks to vote today. My brother got his nx,, but i didnt.
So when we reached home, i voted using our home IP address, but it still says"i must wait 13XX"minutes, but i never received any nx. Can you please tell me whats the problem, and whether or not ill receive my 8k nx?

You can't receive any NX if you are not able to vote.

Ah ye, that particular day, i didnt log into my own account using my computer, instead we shared the same computer..

I got one more question, suppose we are out of town for a few days, and we don't bring our laptops.. does that mean we can't vote using two different 3g networks??(assume we dont log into maple for those days)

 

You can vote using 2 different 3g networks but the last time you logged into the game needs to be from different computers.
If you ever play on the same computer make sure you don't vote before you have at least logged into the game and then logged out from the game using different computers.
