Hi I've created a thread in the (seemingly?) appropriate place for an issue regarding a defunct email and forgotten password linked to an old account. I don't want to be a pain but wondering what the process is as I have not been given a response in a week. Thanks
There isn't a fixed duration for Admin's response, as each account recovery case is unique If lack of details or require further confirmation, the reply can take up to 2 to 3 weeks While waiting, please also don't bump the thread itself as the Admins will handle the account recovery requests from oldest to latest
