Hello, Every single event I can't help but feel the ETCs replace other drops instead of dropping in addition to other drops, be it Sunshines, Candles, Snow or whatever. The 2 reasons are: 1) Runs feel extremely dry (for example in Horntail you often see runs with only 2 HTPs and 0 books and weapons, which is rare normally) 2) Much less books on FM during events I get that from many of my friends too, people go on 20+ dry streaks and complain about it. I tried to bring it up during past events, but got no official answer about that. Is it only in our heads, or does it actually affect drops? If it does, I think these should be removed from bosses.
I ran some quick testing on HT drops. It doesn't reduce the number of drops but only increases the number of total drops. For example, the HT drops rarely reach the corner before the event but now it's close to the corner now. So the candle is an "addition" rather than a "replacement"
