I'm returning after about 3 years away (gave away my items to my friends who already quit by now XD) trying to make some money, I have my bishop to do it with, however, the more leech I sell the more levels I gain making my leech service worse. I find that buying an everstone for 30k for 30 days isn't really fair, cuz 1k NX cost around ~3.3m mesos? (I see people selling AP resets for 10m so I use it as baseline) so basically ~100m for the whole thing each month? So each month I have to pay 100m (which is like 1 hour leech) just so I can be more beneficial for the customers. What if I don't want to commit for 1 month of selling leeches and "work" at the game to justify that purchase? Also, if I can suicide x20 times to drop my exp it would be a quality of life and a more "cleaner" way to achieve that effect. I have a couple of suggestions for that 1. Removal completely of the expiration. The everstone will only effect the player if it's in his inventory (can move it between his inventory and cash inventory). 2. Add an option for 24 hours everstone for 1.5k NX, if you buy that every day for 30 days u would pay 45k, but if you want to take a week or 2 off it's no problem cuz u don't have to commit for a whole week of maplework 3. adjust the cost of everstone 4. adjust the time of the everstone 5. allow albert sell it 6. die
I think they should just triple the duration of the everstones. If regular store permits can be 90 days, so can everstones. While ritualistic suicide is indeed an option, it can get really annoying, especially for low level leech sellers. Having to suicide 16 times after selling 1 hour of leech is really tedious.
perhaps they can scale down the nx cost on the low lvl everstones, but tbh, goby leechers are making so much mesos right now its hard to argue for that. They’re kind of griefing it for cpq leechers, they make too good of a profit rn to justify giving them more money. High lvl everstones should stay expensive, you can control your level pretty easily after lets say lvl 140.
This was discussed before and everstones are meant to be NX sinks. Those using everstones usually do it for profits by selling some sort of leech and as mentioned before the option of repeatedly dying to prevent leveling is still there if one deems the everstone too expensive.
