Every 4h a D/C occurs when using regular store permit

    Normally I won't DC unless doing high risk stuff like HT.. Except when using a regular shop in the FM. Is there something going on with these so we use manned stores instead? Or are ddossers going wild for free FM spots? Curious to hear others' experience with this.
