Hi, today at approx 11:00-11:50 server time my pt & I ran 4man cwkpq. the characters that were in bosses stage which their clients crashed were: 1 = me = Lomax, Hsymbol, sLsenior 2 = BusSkywalker 3 = iJSK, S2hanna 4 = iHNK, jons2 total 8 chars, there were more mules used for signing but these are all the chars that were inside the pq and dced together. right after finishing bosses stage (last boss left was pir so right after killing pir), we all went to the door that leads to the waiting room before bon. after waiting there (still in bosses stage technically) for maybe 5 secs, b4 even calling bon numbers, we all suddenly dced at approx 11:45 server time. I logged right after thinking I was the only one who dced (10 secs tops after dc) and saw that everyone was offline and then when everyone logged back on, confirmed that they all crashed before going in to the waiting room meaning we all crashed at the same time. I can only guess that we might have dced because of something related to out of date files or just a bug related to the update somehow... maybe it was when someone clicked on the npc to pass to the waiting room but I didn't see the message saying that u can pass to the next stage and couldn't confirm if anyone had clicked on the npc next to the door... anyways I don't have a real clue as to what could have caused it but I count on u guys to do the investigating hope I gave enough information and that if possible we could somehow get refunded since we all lost the main reason we went into cwkpq in the first place (bon) and it was definitely a server side related issue~ thank you for your time!
