everytime i get into a map with more people (not npc) my game crashes please help

    so legit everytime my character is logging into a map/ going into a map with more than 1 person in it, the whole game crashes and its telling me its:
    "error code : -2147287038 (Unknown error 0x80030002)" please if anyone knows something about that help me i cant go into free market, all kind of cities and pq and right now i cant even log into my character cus its in freemarket and in every channel there are people and i instantly crash there, please help.
