Evolving baby pet dragon into a black dragon

    Hey guys, i'm new to mapleroyals.
    I saw a couple of threads from few years ago about evolving baby dragon.
    Some of them stated that the evolution is random after bringing the pet to level 15, and some stated that you can speak to ria and choose which color to evolves it to. Which one is true? If one can choose the color of the dragon, what are the needed items for evolving the baby dragon into a black dragon?

    It's random now ~f17
    You can re-evolve dragon to change colour but you need a rock of evolution for every attempt.

    I just wasted 120k NX trying lmao
    It's also 10,000 mesos per attempt.

    Just one last question:
    For the first attempt I have to bring the egg to level 15 and complete the regular quest to make the dragon egg hatch, and from there on I can do the regular re-evolution quest?
