Closed Exchange item lost after relog

    Problem: Exchange item gained from Aniversary Event NPC GaGa got lost after relog.
    Details: The Maple Party Hat exchanged with 1500 candles got lost after relog with no candles returned to inventory. I exchanged that at around 13:00~17:00 (GMT+800).
