Hey, I've downloaded Mapleroyals on my other pc but for some reason this one is having a lot of problems...when using the download, the client (.exe file) disappears. The actual client download requires my permission to download...now I have given permission but it only partially downloads...thus the file doesn't install. When I try the set up all over again, the .exe file is there, but the logo isn't popping up, when I try running the .exe file , again says: "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item"...a couple minutes later the .exe file is gone

    What do I do?

Are you an Admin on the PC you're downloading it on? It could also be your browser or antivirus that's deleting the .exe file.

Definitely sounds like your antivirus. You don't have any issues with downloading it through your browser?

nope while downloading it through broswer went fine, install worked flawlessly, but then when it came to start up, the Leaf icon wasnt on the .exe file and then couple minutes later the .exe was gone..i disables Nortan, and my McAffee doesn't seem to be on, so idk why it keeps disappearing..

Were you not doing that? They're separate downloads.

What's the message that pops up when they deny you from downloading? Screenshot and post it if you can.

First message is: "You'll need to provide administrator permission to copy this file" i click continue...the one preventing me reads :"You need permission to perform this action, You require permission from Win7-2/<Computer name> to make changes to this file" then theres the option try again or cancel
Try again just pops the message again

Your main Admin account probably disabled all other about from making Admin decisions. Log onto the Admin account mention in the error message and either download it and play on that account or change the Admin settings for all other computer accounts and download wherever.

How is there only one when the error message said there was another computer account? Best guess to change it is to go to the start menu, click your computer account profile picture and look for where the Admin settings are.

No, there's really two. Log onto that account and do what I mentioned earlier.
