Exited from a LMPQ, cannot relog.

Everytime I log in, I get "This is an ID that is already logged in, or the server is under inspection."

Yesterday, one of the party members in LMPQ disconnected. Leader completed the quest and got the rewards but map did not change. I exited then and now I get that error message everytime I try to log in since. This has happened to multiple people because I was in forum chat with people having the same problem.
