IGN: SoldThat Problem: Unable to retrieve Pumpkin Pie Ring from Duey Details: After participating in last year's Thanksgiving event and helping Grandma Benson enough times to earn the ring, unforeseen circumstances in my real life prevented me from playing again until the last couple of days. Upon logging on, I received a notice that I had an item (the ring) to collect from Duey by a certain date (can't remember exactly which day, but I believe it was sometime next week). Unfortunately, I did not take a screenshot of the message before exiting out of it. Once I clicked on Duey to collect the ring however, it said my item had expired. I'm not sure if there's any way to receive the item anymore and if not, would I still be able to get it after this year's Thanksgiving event? I know that "you can only receive a Pumpkin Pie Ring if your character has not obtained one from the previous year", but I wasn't sure If I technically obtained it if I wasn't able to claim it from Duey.
