Extra character slot coupon?

    Is there an extra character slot coupon anywhere? It's not in cash shop, did they remove it, or is 3 the max you can have per account?

    I have an old account that has 12 characters on it, I remember expanding them before, but I cannot remember how.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.
