    Where do people obtain these from? Why are they getting so expensive lately? I've seen them for 60-70 mil.

    After doing a bit of research, you can get Scroll for Eye Accessory for INT 100% from CBD: Singapore Gachapon. I am not sure if this is still the case.

    As for why they are getting so expensive lately, there can be several reasons. First of all, INT equips in general have raised in price, namely because of the increase in newer player population after being initially closed off from public due to new source. Second of all, it could also be because of the meso exploit from earlier on, although it is unlikely to have much influence. These are my observations. I'm sure there are many more reasons out there, which I haven't thought of. Also, not many would gach @ Singapore either.
