I've just downloaded the Windows Setup and installed it on windows 7 running from parallels 10. I've tried clicking setup.exe and have set that up fine - I also reinstalled MS after running this. I've also tried updating my graphics drivers and they are up to date. I have the dx-11 thing too so I'm not quite sure what is going on. Any help would be much appreciated.
I guess try changing the compatibility mode to something like windows 98/ME Right click the launcher and go into properties.
