Hi, i have problem in registering 4 digit pin in game. Managed to passed log in after username and password. When asked to key in 4 digit pin, the soft keyboard keep popping out even though i already key in pin i wanted. Even i pressed cancel also the soft keyboard popped out. Please advise. Thank you.
Hello, could you post a screenshot of the issue that you're having? When you're setting a new PIN I believe you need to enter it twice.
Hi, Sen. I was stuck after key in pin 1st time, the soft keyboard keep showing (all in white without highlighted letters). I couldn't get to the stage prompting me to type pin for 2nd time also. Thanks. p.s. try to upload the image here but show error
The easiest way to upload images on the forums would be to link it from an image hosting site. In the mean time, have you updated your game to the latest files as of a few days ago?

Hi, finally i manage to upload the image dy. I type the 4 digit pin once, then press enter, ok, it came out like tis. Whole keyboard in white no highlighted alphabets and did not prompt me to re-enter 4 digit pin. I can't continue from here. Please advise. Thanks!
Could you record the part where pressing Enter will create a loop? Either via GIF or MP4 format, so that I may request a Dev to check out the issue as I am unable to replicate your issue
