Thanks for responding to DMs. It appears that the IP address you were originally connecting with is banned and that's why you couldn't get into the game. It also looks like you've obtained a new IP address and managed to log in successfully so I will close this thread. If you can't remember your other accounts, you can raise a ticket here https://royals.ms/forum/threads/lost-email-or-username.154999/ to recover accounts you may have lost or forgotten. Also request a forum account merge when you remember your old forum account as you can only have one forum account.
