False IP Ban from server and website

    Hi posting from my girlfriends house hope this doesn't count as ban evasion seeing as it's a false ban (I hope).

    IGN: eatsieeplift
    Last thing you did: fm standing
    Why do you think you got banned?: tried to download the client on my borrowed windows PC to zakum (usually play on mac) and I guess I tried downloading too many times (had issues with blocking) and GG IP ban. Apparently it's to protect from DDoS.
    Ban message when attempting to log in:none just can't access website or game and friend said it's IP Ban
    What GM banned you (optional): autoban

    You are not banned and there is no such IP ban on the website. The only IP banning is done in game.

    Ok thanks for the response,
    Do you have a solution for not being able to access game or website on my home network after trying to DL new client files on a separate laptop to my usual one?

    It would help if you could give the error message you receive when trying to access the website.

    However, I doubt very much that it is an IP ban, it is likely the domain name is not resolving the correct IP for you. Have you tried clearing your cache? http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/

    Hi thanks.
    I have tried clearing the cache with no luck.
    The message for trying to access the game is the Generic server check message. The website is the default Apple "can't open" page.
