With the launch of new HP quests(especially the cbd area one) for ulu ghost ship and ftp, it seems like slightly faster access to boat quay town would be a significant QoL change. Further more Boat Quay has access to capt latanica that lower level players could use as a grinding area and is the only town in CBD with access to spinel, which could be a significant use for high level players who may want to grind say krex, scar, and NT bosses without using a fast travel ticket or regularly teleporting. It also makes sense for some form of faster travel than walking as most other towns have access to some form of travel. This is the only major town without rapid access to it. Just food for thought. I mostly want access to spinel that is easier than flying to kerning.
