Hey everyone, it's been nearly a month since we had the following changes for CPQ2, OPQ, LMPQ: [-] Reason: As we're sure some of you noticed, Monster Carnival 2 has been tuned and toned down. It had become all too clear that the Party Quest was overperforming, and way out of line both with what we intended, and other Party Quests in its level range. It allowed players to progress through its level range within only a few hours; a rate which we do not otherwise associate with MapleRoyals, being the low-rate server it is. After the last patch, the Party Quest is now much more in line with its competition, and with its predecessor, Monster Carnival 1. We hope that you understand and can agree with this decision, from a balancing perspective. [-] Reason: On to the Party Quests, starting with the removal of the maximum level restriction on some classics! We've decided to lift the restriction on Orbis Party Quest and Ludibrium Maze Party Quest. We concluded that these Party Quests rely less on the attack power of the Party, and more on teamwork and knowing how to clear the stages quickly. -------- After having the opportunity to try out these PQs, what do you think of them so far? OPQ is perfectly fine except with some spawning issues in storage. I agree to nerf CPQ2, but not directly cutting the viking exp. Maybe nerf the match-ending exp and increase the viking exp. From my experience, I would just hit the 300~500 cp and then afk till the match is over. The mobs exp is nerfed way too hard
no one does cpq2 now goby leech is better / other leech alternatives leechstory. Where are the buffs at?
CPQ2 is nightmares as you need to smega or use your own mule to make pty going.... Glad all my characters are all at least lv73, which I don't have to suffer anymore
