It was a misunderstanding from both sides, your character will be restored but please be very careful where you post next time. You're posting in the wrong section again because you're not banned but you have a character related issue. It also has nothing to do with how we treat foreign people. The only reason your character was deleted was because we wanted to help you like we help anyone else that posts in that forum section.
