    Problem: Need access to the boat ride in order to get an item needed for the quest 'Find the Maple History Book'
    Details: Need a GM's help to warp to the boat's cabin, where I can get the quest item.

    GM's do not provide help for standard quests, your only option is to wait until boat rides are available.
