Not Bug Fire ore from Zakum Prequest (Phase 1)

    Hello !

    I've recently made a new character and wanted to do the zakum prequest. After gathering the 7 key, I got the fire ore :). However, when I talked to Aura, she took my Fire Ore and now I am stuck ^^".
    Please see the screenshot below !

    I think it should not happened like this :).

    Any help ?

    You are supposed to press up on the portal once you hand her the fire ore (I believe she prompts this in her dialogue when speaking to her). This is done to distribute the fire ore throughout the party members as "piece of fire ore", as this can be done as a party quest and not just individually.
