    Hey guys,

Pretty new to MapleRoyals and didn’t get too far in normal Maple so need some advice.

Aim: Mostly want to experience late game bossing content (as an attacker ideally). This thinking of making a Bowmaster or Bucc but seems like it requires lots of funding.

    Current situation: LVL 116 Priest

Dilemma: I’ve heard that for funds a F/P with a HS mule makes the most sense as you can 1 hit Petris and such earlier on and don’t need to invest as much money into equips/SBs as a Bishop.

But as I’ve already got a lvl116 bishop now, it seems like I’d be wasting time.

So what are your thoughts? Make a F/P + H/S mule? Stick to bishop and sell low level leech?

Any comments or advice appreciated. Fairly new to Royals and late game Maple content as a whole.

    Thanks in advance!

Imo low level leech is much better than having a 2 client leech. Personally when I leech I like to chill and watch something, and not be completely focused on maple(which allows for longer hours if you binge watch a show/watch a movie). You can also get decent godly equips to sell(Wraiths- Doroness Robes, Dark Noels and more). Some low level leech maps are literally staying in the same spot and holding the skill button(Sage Cats, Chronos is also a pretty small map) and then you can figure out whether you like the concept of leeching or not.
Some people don't like leech and that's completely fine.Usually they end up farming etcs(Silver Mane Items, HP Quest Items),afk farming such as Heartstoppers or leprechauns or even joining boss runs/hunts for splits/nx.

In regards to MapleRoyals, I'll be completely honest, you need some funding to get an attacker going here. A foundation such as a bishop/mage+hs mule are both great to support an attacker.
It only depends if you want to sell leech or not. Since you passed the hs mule level anyway, I'd say go up to 120, get genesis, understand telecasting, and check whether you are into leeching or not. You'll earn a decent amount of money in the process which will be enough to fund your attacker at low levels.
You end up liking leeching? Go the extra mile and make a Arch mage with hs mule.
You don't seem to enjoy it that much? You can use the other money making methods I suggested or just play a cheap attacker until you get funding through daily voting/Gachapon/events.

Although it's a mess I hope my answer helps you out haha.

Hmm good point I didn't really even consider whether I'd enjoy leeching (especially with 2 clients) haha. And if low level leeching is more AFK I think that's the way to go for me for now plus I'm so close to 120 anyway.

    Thanks a bunch!

i would recommend getting your priest to a bishop so that you can start using genesis
then make some new characters like a HS mule, FP mage, attacker and a MM/BM at the same time (training multiple fresh characters is pretty efficient for new bishops)
MM/BM can be your attacker if you fancy them =)

self leech till approx level 30ish maybe? and save money to buy alright mage equips (around a 2b budget should be decent) and genesis 20, and save the remainder for your attacker or FP mage

you can earn mesos by selling maybe 1-2 hours of leech when you have the time, otherwise just continue self leeching to get some drops, solo 1-2 hit farming at ulu 2, or go leprechaun 2min afk cycles

you can take your time training your characters, because in April-May (hopefully), there is the golden pig event to power level your characters, so you would not need to self leech much and you can get your characters to 120 pretty quickly without much effort.

by then, you should have the choice to heavily fund your attacker, or upgrade your mage gear slightly (shared between bishop and archmage, make sure both are the same gender) for the FP archmage to sell leech

    to farm at leprechauns
stand between the 2 leprechaun spawns
summon dragon/bahamut/ anything that does not deal ice damage
    wait 2 minutes
loot everything manually cuz auto loot was nerfed for summon kills
    repeat till satisfied/unsatisfied
roughly 20m/hr with only 5-10 mins of input (30x resummons with 10s looting and going back to sell stuff)
