The base is 9 magic attack which has about the same value as red marker 3 int right? The item should be around same value as one 15 int red marker? However i can't see end game potential in the cordon, unless scrolled a godly one.

I have not yet sold one marker at 13 int+ yet so i can't really tag the price intervall.

She asked for valuation advice and maybe the input is helpful. 3-4b range is quite a big wide spread without any arguments to cost of creation neither reference to past trades. How helpful is that when she is negotiating price with potential buyer of an item in one inefficient market?
She mentioned she isn't selling it, perhaps it's already sold or will be traded.

 

Im not selling it because im using it ^^. As someon going for a bossing mage, I personally see value even at end game with my cordon, since I want as high magic as possible . 12 int for my new character may not be the best out there but it's alright. Helps out with those extra mp at least somewhat

 

Yes but the a bossing mage would more efficiently create one sage or higher lvl at a much lower base value yet getting luk to offset base luk with mw staggered intelligence (external luk required to hold ele staff without base luk) decent mellanmjölk potential though but not for the end-end game in my opinion.

 

I use lvl 163 staffs with pretty low base luk thx to gear

 

Yes end mages have low luk end-end battle mages has 4 base luk and nothing else

Well if any spectator could widen my perspective even more id be happy. I scrolled lots of bad items myself but by just zapping through the library provided on the home page and some calculation you can plan for future scrolling whether your goal is becoming one end mage or end end mage. For one end mage this item is decent

 

I managed to reach dmg cap during my last zak expedition, and I would say only half of my current equips are godly, and I have some base luk as well. 33 tma is not godly but it's pretty good to me. If I can one day scroll or afford even better stuff I would like that a lot, but as said im doing just fine. Will probably do another solo zak run once my SE mule is high enough level for it.

 

The dmg cap may be buffed later
