So, I sold the flower crown to @TrungKien and he paid me first. When it was my turn to drop him the flower crown it just doesn't drop anymore, neither I can trade it (it says trade unsuccessful even though when our inventory is not full). I don't know what happened but I'll appreciate if you guys could help me. Maybe the item is bugged? I don't know. Thank you in advance, Raony.
The character issue cases are currently still pending as the Admins been focusing on account recovery for the past few weeks

Hi Raony, I'm really sorry for the delays. Unfortunately there is nothing to do but to keep waiting--your case isn't forgotten. I'll make an additional note to the Admins, as many other players have been waiting for a resolution to their Character Issues as well. But please continue to remain patient as their workload has been tremendous given recent events. Thank you!

Sorry for the disappointment, but this patch doesn't have enough time for the Admins to handle the reported Character Issues But I have prompted the Admins about this
