We had a server crash, follow the rules in the Character and Merchant issue page, "READ FIRST: ...." If fredrick doesn't give you your items do this : DO NOT open up another merchant. Post your IGN here, as well as the items you can remember from your shop. They like to know the first item, because nobody can really remember every slot. And John is very prompt with replies ^_^
