Closed fm store items gone

    problem: My items in my FM store have gone after server maintance.
    details: I placed my Facestompers +2 0 slot 9 att
    15 luk 70wa 4 slot Craven.
    15 att SCG +5 0 slot
    32 dex bathrobe +10 0 slot.
    Chaos Scrolls [x2]
    10% shield for m.att [x3]
    Gensis 20 book and a couple of random scrolls, placed them all in my store with my character and after the server got maintanced, like I've been out for 2 weeks been in a vacation,
    I logged in at the first and saw that my items gone after my shop been opened and got closed by maintance, lost almost all my stuff.

    I assume like 3-4 weeks ago, it's been awhile.
    PS: check in records or something you'll able to see that I had those in my store and they've gone, definitely no idea how it comes to that.

    I'm going to try to remember and look into this. But as I'm reading through your claim, I can't understand why you would put the Facestompers and Craven into your merchant since each one alone is worth more than the meso cap of a hired merchant (I'm told they're worth 4b+ each).

    Ik tho I was having cash in my fredrick, I was looking for offers and I add some random stuff to be sold.
    Why does it take 1 month to reply this is so disgusting and unrealistic.

    I think Matty gave a decent reply to your question as to why it has taken so long for you and other players to receive a reply. I was the admin who was working on your case but I left Staff before finishing it, which resulted in an unfortunate delay. Either way the admins are still looking into your case and if you want your lost items back, scolding them is probably not the adviced course of action. My apologies for the delay caused by my leave, but please try to remain patient while they are trying to help you.

    Oh okay, now I get it, anyway I hope this time it'll be faster cause I've been out I don't play cause I have no items atm and it stuck my gameplay for like 1 month im out of mapleroyals due to this bug

    Please don't tell me you quit now as well and you're going to make this thread stuck for another one month, what the hell is the problem I lost my items and I can't play I didn't play you just make people quit mapleroyals with your poor time reply this is so ridiciouls

    We would like to help you however we're not interested in going through 10s of backups to look what happened to your items because the most accurate date of losing your items you give is '3 months ago'.
    Please help us help you, by spending some more time and thought into your estimate so we can check that out for you.

    I told you it was 3 months ago, its none of my problem that you don't interested in going through 10s backups you're GMs you're supposed to do this not let the player do that, that's such a shame

    Sorry to bud in here but you are being extremely unrealistic and rude to people who are trying to help you. It IS your problem that they aren't interested in doing that. This is YOUR problem. It is a GAME, things GO WRONG sometimes that they can't control. They don't have some magic wand that can just give you back whatever you are asking for, otherwise EVERYONE would be just making claims that they lost stuff. You think this is GMS or something?? Even on there the staff was SLOW and they got PAID! The staff here does not get paid to help you so it would be really smart of you to just let them do their job before they just decide it isn't worth it to them.

    If you don't want to make it YOUR problem and help them help you, there is nothing more that is going to happen. Of the tons of players here if every time someone 'lost' some items they had to do an entire investigation and go through your entire history without any help from you, things would NEVER get done.

    I for one would know specifically when I lost such high value items. You gave such a terrible estimate of '3 months' since you made this thread less than 1.5 months ago....... I get you were 'on vacation' but I don't think you are understanding the process in which the admins need to query and access backups/database etc. it isn't as easy as you are apparently thinking it is. And to be honest I'd rather them spend less time on this nonsense with a rude person than time working more on the server.

    P.S. I also personally think it is pretty sketchy you set up a shop with such high value items and then went away for 2-3 weeks without even checking your shop before you left but that's just me.
