Duplicate FM store

    today when i open store,i disconnected
    and i reloggin find that my store and item is disappear .
    i want to open store,then it say:"you already have a store open,please go close that store first.

    By the way,my ID was changed by gm because my id have bad things
    can i change id now ..


    ps:I am taiwanese , i am poor at english please help me :(
