Follow the Leader Quest Broken Again?

I don't know if I'm just being stupid, but I think the secret method quest is broken since the last time this was reported and fixed...
So I'm at this screen, and I click accept, but nothing actually happens... and I did also buy the pet snack. Help?

 

I believe it has been temporarily disabled until we are able to fix the bugs with the skill itself.
