    Details: It has been a while since I've played. Can't contract a GM with my other account, please help.

    For a lost USERNAME or PIN/PIC , you can start a Conversation with @Tim
    In the conversation you will need to include the following:

    1) Your character names
    2) The date of birth associated with your account
    3) The email address associated with your account
    4) Your account username

    Also add that you are missing either the account's loginID, or the PIN/PIC.
