I'm returning to MapleRoyals after taking an extended break from the game entirely. I know I have an account here, but don't remember my username or password but have my password. What should I do, since I can't request my password without knowing my username?
Taken from the troubleshoot guide: If you've forgotten your ingame account's username, please send a private message to one of the following admins (John, Michael, Dimitri, Tim or Dustin) with the following information: 1) Your character names 2) The date of birth associated with your account 3) The email address associated with your account Also add that you are missing the account's login ID.
