Awaiting Player Feedback Forgot VPN was On

Please open a thread in Character Issues using the following format:
Issue: Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account.
Character Name: BbyDG
Additional Information: I was on NordVPN when I logged into MapleRoyals - Forgot I was using it for something else. I tried logging in and after char selection the game closed. I don't know if there's any other root cause besides the VPN being on
