Hi, I've tried to log into my accounts recently and realised I've forgotten my password. I was able to recover my main account using the website forgotten password function; however, I can not for the life of me remember the email address / combinations I've used for my alternative accounts. Can I be pointed in the right direction for recovering these? I have the login names.
Taken from another thread. For a lost USERNAME , you can start a Conversation with only ONE of the admins, John or @Tim In the conversation you will need to include the following: 1) Your character names 2) The date of birth associated with your account 3) The email address associated with your account Also add that you are missing the account's login ID. In this case I guess you'd ask Tim for the email address for your alternate account, since John is no longer on Staff.
