Hi, I donated to the server and purchased RP before creating a forum account. At the time of the RP purchase, it mentioned that my account had been upgraded to Donator, including the Donator title on the forum. I recently created a forum account, but the Donator title is not showing. I wanted to ask what the next steps are to have this corrected. I still have some RP remaining and am not planning to donate again until it is used up, so I wanted to confirm whether donating again is required or if this can be resolved another way. Hi Dave, I noted that it only check Paypal payments. What if I used credit instead? Are there other options of authentication?
The mentioned PayPal receipt is due to the previous payment method If you used credit/debit card for recent payments, you would receive the receipt from Stripe instead They are a payment processing platform, just like PayPal
