I think its time we have some forum rules. There's been people who just going way off topic and just posting for post counts. The rules I want to suggest is for the report section and ban section. Report section- 1. all report threads must follow the format 2. Nobody should be allow to reply unless they are involve with the situation. And for the ban appeal section should be the same. For example, if you check Fnoq's all posts, and his post count, you will see that majority of his posts are in other's people report threads that he isn't involved in. Report threads and ban appeal threads shouldnt have any posts from anybody beside the person that is reporting and the person being reported and the staffs.

As for ban appeals, there is also a format that it has to be posted in, and only the person who started the thread is allowed to reply to it besides staff members.
