Hello! so this has actually been going on for a while, and has only seemed to have been a problem with this private server (previous ps's have not had this issue), but whenever i am in maps with a lot of activity (ie being in a party, papalatus, and the worst: zakum), my framerate gets shot to hell. Like stuff slows down suuuuper crazy, especially when I try to activate a skill of my own (Sharp eyes, hurricane, etc). A bit about my computer: Windows 8 (64-bit) Intel Core i7-3610QM CPU @ 2.30 GHz 8.00 GB RAM Intel HD Graphics 4000 & NVIDIA GeForce GT640M LE 2GB dedicated Basically, I don't think my performance spec's are an issue. Maybe windows 8? Idk if it's client-side or server side, but is there anything that can be done? Thanks!
Try using GPU-Z to check the information of your graphics card (mainly GPU processing % and temperature) when playing the game. That might help you figure out what the problem is. You could also try running setup.exe found in the MapleStory folder.
