i got my store open last night on my mage Triviana, as i logged in today and checked it, store was gone due to the crash/maintenance w/e, so i just checked Fredrik to get my Money and Items. I got like 10m for selling 10x claw 10% for 999k, but he dont gave me back any other scrolls i got in store. I can also set up my store again so it seems like the items are lost and not bugged... hope you can help me
i think it was a server restart or something like that where i got my store open, idk what happened cuz i was offline. i just know that i lost items and fred dont give them me back
Do you remember which restart this was? There has been a lot recently unfortunately. And usually the items do go back to fredrick. Unless I or another GM did the restart incorrectly. Sorry for being so strict but there should not be any lost items due to restarts. I need more information if possible. And this is to stop people from 'saying' they have lost items when they may have not. - I'm not calling you a liar.
well... its not like i want any items i dont got in any way and its not like it would have been much items i lost (just a few scrolls). i was online till like 5am (london time) so it should've been a downtime after that time. but just nvm it cuz i think it just dont make any sense to complain.. kinda sux if you lose items but it wasnt that much of a deal so idc....
same thing happened to me, went to sleep at around 4am, woke up and 1pm and all items were fine except for drugs. i lost a few scrolls and a bathrobe, i'm not that bothered about the scrolls but the bathrobe... is quite important. (18 int)
Hmmm so it seems to be the game restart at 4:30 am bsti guess. I'm not saying you shouldn't be asking for the items back. I'm just trying to identify the cause...
