I am sure that we all have fallen victim to Fredrick's kleptomania. This has caused many of my follow mapler's much grief and unfortunately I myself am not excused from this grief. There has been countless situations in which a server check ( or a crash) happens and i am in a constant state of fear wondering if i would have lost certain items. Since this is clearly a server issue or a 'source' issue I do not believe it to be just nor fair that we should ourselves keep constant check of our inventory and expect to not regain some of our items if we do not have 'proof'. So I would (suggest) appreciate it if we could have some sort information in regards to curing Fredrick of his kleptomania
Starting by posting in character issues and including missing items would be a good start to retrieve the items. It's not very often you lose items from stores.
If we knew what was causing the issue, it's likely that we would have attempted to fix it by now. As far as I'm aware it seems random which makes it very hard to diagnose what is wrong.
