Uninstalling Nvidia's GeForce Experience has solved the issue. Running Windows 7 I haven't played since Jan 1, the wreckoning. I fresh downloaded the game like 12/9. Stuck on black screen in between map change(cc, portal, or cash shop exit) approx. 2 minutes after login with error "-2147024809 parameter is incorrect" or 4 minutes if no map change with error "not enough storage for this operation". Solution suggested by searches - run as administrator, compatibility modes, move folder from C: to desktop. With (95, 98/me): On launch, the failed map change, and the d/c after the map change times out, 1 thread goes to 100% and there is a minute or 2 delay for each With (every other mode): Runs fast enough, but still d/c. Uninstalling Nvidia's GeForce Experience has solved the issue.
